THE OLIVE TREE - CARVOEIRO - VALE d'OLIVEIRAS

“The Olive Tree” restaurant is located in the exclusive Vale d’Oliveiras Quinta Resort & Spa, close to the Gramacho and Vale da Pinta golf courses, a perfect getaway for families, golfers and couples.The all-day restaurant with an adjacent bar has an informal setting and is open to the public. The terrace, overlooking the swimming pools is the perfect place for a relaxing afternoon or a romantic dinner on a hot summer night.

During the day, there is a range of light meals available, which extend from breakfast to lunch and afternoon snacks. The menu is backed by a comprehensive wine list. “The Olive Tree” cooking team is under the command of Alain Salles, offering a Portuguese and Mediterranean gourmet and low calories cuisine. The “Jasmin Bar”, overlooking the swimming pools serves alfresco light meals, prepared with the freshest ingredients, a great way to spend you holiday in Algarve.

The Resort organizes during the summer season, theme party dinners and BBQ.

Sharing flavours in good company is another proposal of the “The Olive Tree”. The restaurant has capacity to receive up to 100 persons on the main dining room, overlooking the gardens of the Resort. “The Olive Tree”, is the perfect place for lunches or dinners.

- Noisette of Lamb filled with Figs Confit perfumed with Rosemary and Basil, served with Pumpkin Puré and Asparagus
